2. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the online store verniny.com.

The Buyer is any natural or legal person who places an order.

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order via email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros.

The Seller is not a VAT payer.

Payment methods:

• Card payment (Stripe)

• Apple Pay / Google Pay

5. Delivery Terms

The Seller delivers goods within the European Union.

Shipping is handled via Packeta.

Delivery time:

• standard products: up to 14 days

• personalized products: up to 20 days

For personalized products, delivery time may be extended by approximately 4–5 working days.

Shipping costs are displayed before completing the order.

6. Withdrawal from the Contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from receiving the goods.

The Buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.

The Seller will refund the payment for the goods within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

7. Exception – Personalized Products

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the case of:

• goods made according to the consumer’s specifications

• custom-made or personalized products

Personalization includes:

• initials stamping (max. 2 letters, no diacritics)

• custom modifications based on customer request

8. Complaints and Warranty

The warranty period is 24 months from delivery.

The Buyer is obliged to report defects without delay.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• improper use

Complaint resolution:

• repair

• replacement

• refund

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

The Buyer has the right to contact the Seller at: shop@verniny.com

If the Seller does not respond within 30 days, the Buyer may submit a dispute through the EU platform:

10. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with:
